What this site is
This is a pre-release site for a product that is still being built. Sadorra is not generally available. Everything described here (features, screens, timing, the roadmap) describes what we intend to build, and any of it may change or be dropped before release. The product preview on the home page is an illustration, not software you can use.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, a commitment to deliver a feature, or a promise of a date.
The early access list
Joining the early access list costs nothing and buys nothing. It is not a purchase, a licence, a reservation, or a guarantee that you will be given access. We may contact you about Sadorra; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not use automated means to submit the form.
Our content
The Sadorra and Dorra names, the logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Cindara Novera, LLC. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution. You may not copy the design or present our material as your own.
Other companies' names
Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Sadorra is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Salesforce, Inc., and we use those names only to describe the systems Sadorra is designed to work with and to migrate from. Other product names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used the same way.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be either.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cindara Novera, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, or for any decision you make in reliance on anything described here as forthcoming. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that venue.
