Product roadmap

What’s built, and what’s next.

Sadorra is in private early access. Core quoting, pricing, approvals, documents, migration and contract functionality is already built and being validated before general availability. This page is how we keep “built” and “generally available” from blurring together.

Quoting 10

  • Quote line editor the full pricing waterfall, grouping, bundles, a guided configurator and multi-year segments, on the standard Quote.
  • Line editor 2 a faster grid: drag-and-drop grouping, inline edits with undo, a sticky totals rail and a searchable catalog panel.
  • Segments as columns one row per product, with quantity per year, quarter or month editable in place.
  • Nested bundles a bundle inside a bundle, four levels deep, with every action following the whole subtree.
  • Sandboxed pricing service pricing rules and calculator scripts run isolated, and match legacy CPQ to the cent.
  • Quick Quote with Dorra describe the deal in a sentence, get a priced draft, confirm to create the quote.
  • MCP server Quick Quote, deal insight and calculate exposed as MCP tools, so Claude, ChatGPT, an Agentforce agent or your own can quote, under the org’s own permission sets, and nothing written until confirmed.
  • Margin floor guardrail a floor set once, and the offending lines flagged while the rep types.
  • Opportunity sync opportunity products follow the primary quote, and the rule is enforced, not advisory.
  • Quote page totals, status stages, next steps, approvals and clauses in one view.

Approvals 8

  • Rules on any object quotes, cases, opportunities, custom objects, with ordered and parallel paths.
  • Approvers from anywhere manager, user, queue, group or a field on the record, with reminders, escalation and delegation.
  • Approve anywhere from the record, from the Approval Map, or by replying to the email.
  • Post-decision actions field updates and email templates on submission, approval, rejection and recall.
  • Approval Track every step and approver on the record, and the whole path predicted before submission.
  • Re-approval suppression approvals carry when the change only improves the deal, with the reason stated.
  • Advanced Approvals migration a translator and a harness that runs both engines: 32 of 35 submissions took an identical path.
  • Standard process migration paths, conditions, approvers, field updates and emails carried across.

Documents 6

  • Template builder drag and drop, rich text, images, line tables and a clause library. Word and PDF in, PDF or Word out.
  • Clause library conditions, negotiated overrides per quote, and locked standard terms.
  • Table styling colours, borders, banded rows, indented bundle components and page margins, set once and overridden per table.
  • Periods as columns a multi-year line prints as one row with a column per period.
  • Proposal Page a private hosted quote page, and on the quote, when the buyer opened it and which sections they read.
  • Generate and preview PDF and Word preview in the platform, with Discard if the output is wrong.

Contracts 2

  • Contracts, subscriptions and assets created from an accepted quote, with amendments and renewals priced through the same engine, an auto-renewal job and a renewal risk card.
  • E-signature DocuSign and Adobe Sign, with the signed document stored on the contract.

Deal intelligence 5

  • Deal insight how comparable won deals were discounted, margin, win probability, cycle time, and the approvals this quote will need.
  • Deal Insight page the full picture for one quote, opened from the quote header.
  • Deal Guide guided selling that fills fields and adds products as the rep answers, with a live “what this will do” panel.
  • Competition competitor profiles and a Dorra brief on where this quote stands (your notes authoritative, general knowledge labelled).
  • Deal Desk every deal, its quotes and versions, and the approvals waiting on you.

Migration and setup 4

  • Legacy CPQ migration products, bundles, rules, schedules, scripts, templates, terms, contracts and subscriptions, verified to the cent.
  • Price-rule audit rules that never fire, rules that fight over the same field, and broken fields and operators.
  • Starter packs subscription SaaS, hardware and services, and usage-based, each with sample data and a first-hour checklist.
  • Sadorra Setup connections, settings, jobs and migration, and Dorra drafting rules, schedules and ramps from a sentence.

Approvals as a standalone package

Sadorra Approvals installable on its own, for teams that need approval routing across their org without moving their quoting first. Waiting on the package namespace.

Planned

Decided in direction, not in date
Planned

Enablement coaching

Discovery-framework deal evaluations with score history, rep and manager scorecards against monthly, quarterly and yearly goals, and forecasting-shaped metrics (quotes, proposals, dollars quoted and won) with coaching insights on top of the deal-intelligence data already there.

Planned

Product photos in the catalog

Thumbnails in the Line editor catalog panel and the bundle configurator, from an admin-set image field or a linked file on the product.

Planned

Aggregate conditions

Sum, max and count across quote lines, built if migrations show teams are relying on them.

Planned

Effective-dated approval rules

Answer the audit question: what was the policy on the day this was approved, not what is the policy now.

Planned

Any-of-N and quorum approvals

Approvals satisfied by a number of approvers across separate rules rather than a fixed sequence.

Planned

Usage-based renewal risk

Renewal risk that reads consumption, not just contract dates.

Planned

More signal in the win model

Industry, region and other segment features beyond the ones the model uses today.

Planned

Adobe Sign parity

Production adapter parity with DocuSign, plus webhook status pushes.

Planned

Catalog import and rule drafting

Catalog import from CSV and Excel, and rule drafting for bundles and volume tiers.

Order changes as we learn, and this page changes with it. Built means working and verified against real configurations. It does not mean generally available. If something you depend on is missing, the early access list is the fastest way to say so.
